Will the players know about their cards in advance?
No, the goal is to surprise the players. We work with parents and coaches to collect information discreetly, so the reveal is exciting.
How are the Player Highlights created?
Player Highlights are written based on the information provided by parents and coaches. These highlights celebrate each player’s achievements from the season.
How can I participate in the survey to provide information for the cards?
Parents and coaches will get a survey link via email. Simply fill out the survey to help us create personalized cards for each player.
What kind of content should be added to the survey for Player Highlights?
Include specific achievements and memorable moments for each player in the survey. The more detailed the information, the better we can create meaningful Player Highlights.
How long does it take to receive Pixl Packs after ordering?
Once we have all the necessary information and the order is confirmed, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to design, print, and ship the packs. Add 2-3 days for shipping if you’re not local to Boston, MA.
Can I reorder packs or individual cards?
At this time, we do not offer reorders of packs or individual cards. Each Pixl Pack is designed to capture specific moments and highlights, making each set a unique creation.
